Afrikka's Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Afrikka's. This policy explains how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping — United States

• Standard Shipping: $8.00 flat rate. Estimated delivery is 9–20 business days after dispatch.

• Free Standard Shipping: Available on qualifying orders over $50.

• Express Shipping: $15 where available at checkout. Availability and delivery estimates vary by product and fulfillment route.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently guaranteed to be available for every product or destination. Please rely on the shipping options and charges displayed at checkout before placing an order.

Fulfillment Locations

Afrikka's operates from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Some products are shipped directly by third-party fulfillment partners. Fulfillment locations vary by product, and some items may ship from outside the United States. Our Pittsburgh business address is not necessarily the warehouse or shipping origin for an individual product.

Tracking

After dispatch, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to three business days to appear.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier operations, customs, weather, peak-season volume, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Contact afrikkas3@gmail.com with your order number if your package appears lost or is marked delivered but cannot be located. We will review the available tracking information and assist.
