Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. The following items are non-returnable:
- Personal care and beauty products (e.g., teeth whitening powder, anti-aging essence, toothbrush sanitizer) once opened
- Supplement/health products (e.g., Butter Soft Capsules) once opened
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at afrikkas3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Return Shipping We offer free returns — we'll cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, then contact us at afrikkas3@gmail.com.
